And how to get round to it."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the time law partners come to me to plan their sabbatical trip, they&#8217;ve already made the decision to go away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, I know of many cases of lawyers who are approaching eligibility, or have already reached it, but can&#8217;t quite carve out the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Career progression, schooling and closing deals are normally the key barriers cited. Then there&#8217;s the home admin, and the time required to plan a substantial trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The barriers are real, but not insurmountable.
